That’s how things happened for Realtor Janina Kinler and her partner Byron Bellew. “In our mid-twenties we decided we wanted to start building a real estate investment portfolio,” Janina explains. “We got our licenses so that we could access the MLS and find the best deals on properties. We enjoyed the process so much we decided to become full-time agents to help others do the same thing.”
The couple got on with Keller Williams Realty and over the last 20 years they have been representing clients all across the River Parishes in Louisiana’s Acadian region, as well as Jefferson and Orleans Parishes.
