If I could more than 5 stars I would easily. Janina is amazing. If anyone is looking to sell or rent a home, please use her as she is incredibly patient, informative, reliable, and timely. She helped us through a very long and complicated house sale that included renting out the house for a year before relisting to sell. She took care of all our tenant's needs and was incredibly helpful in maintaining the property while we waited for the market to come back and sell the house. From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient.  Janina was there every step of the way from answering all of my silly questions, and basically held our hands through the whole process making sure we understood everything.  She worked nights, weekends, and even on vacation.  There’s no way we could have gotten to the closing table had Janina not been on top of it all.
