For nearly 25 years, Janina Kinler has been a powerhouse in the real estate industry and the driving force behind Kinler Bellew Realty. Recognized as one of the top-producing agents in the River Parishes, Janina has consistently set the standard for excellence in service, marketing, and results.
Our Story
In their mid-twenties, Janina Kinler and Byron Bellew decided to build their own real estate investment portfolio. They earned their licenses to access the MLS, quickly discovering a passion for helping others find the right properties. That passion soon grew into a full-time business built on relationships, results, and trust.
Over the last 20+ years, Janina and Byron have represented clients across the River Parishes, Jefferson Parish, and Orleans Parish. Their dedication has earned both local and national recognition — including being ranked as one of the Top 5 Real Estate Teams Nationwide for production volume, out of more than 100,000 agents.
In 2017, they launched Kinler Bellew Realty, a brokerage designed to meet every client need: buying, selling, investing, or property management.
